I love rhubarb, especially ‘forced rhubarb’ - out-of-season rhubarb grown indoors, a speciality of “the rhubarb triangle” south of Leeds in West Yorkshire.
This recipe is not for the amateur cook. It is a toughie, with various components, but wow – what a finish! It really shows rhubarb off at its best!
