This farm is possibly the most picturesque of all the suppliers listed. The Park is situated near the famous over hanging Kilnsey Crag rock, which is flanked by hills. Nearby the streams are crystal clear and provide a super living habitat for the trout to swim in.
The kitchens produce succulent hot smoked trout which is pink and fleshy - it makes a wonderful starter. The fact that you can get in there and fish for your own trout makes it great fun and the kids can feed the trout too.
The shop is packed full of local foods and the café is a great stopping point.
